Forgiving others is the best attitude to take

A kindergarten teacher asked children to write the name of the person they hate on a potato and put it in a plastic bag. Some had two or three potatoes while some up to five potatoes. The teacher then told the children to carry the plastic bag with them wherever they go for one week. Days passed and the children started to complain due to the unpleasant smell let out by the rotten potatoes. Besides those having five potatoes also had to carry heavier bags. After one week, the teacher asked, "How do you feel while carrying the potatoes with you for one week?". The children let out their frustrations and started complaining that they had to go through, having to carry the heavy and smelly potatoes wherever they go. The teacher said, "This is exactly the situation when you carry your hatred for sombody inside your heart. The stench of hatred will contaminate your heart and you will carry it with you wherever you go. If you cannot tolerate the smell of rotten potatoes for just one week, can you imagine what is it like to have the stench of hatred in your heart for your lifetime?". Forgiving others is the best attitude to take.

A real man is committed to personal growth and self-improvement. He seeks knowledge, learns from his mistakes, and continuously strives to become the best version of himself.

7. Emotional intelligence:

A real man is in touch with his emotions and is not afraid to express  vulnerability or seek help when needed. He understands the importance of emotional intelligence in building strong relationships and fostering meaningful connections with others.
